Unopened items

Unopened, sealed items may be returned within the window confirmed with your order. Contact us before sending anything back.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, message us with a photograph as soon as possible and the house will make it right.

For hygiene reasons, opened attars and fragrances cannot be returned unless faulty.
